It's hard too believe someone could pull this off. Mikes condo is next to 3 Palms, and is a high traffic area. There was video, but unless they got a license plate number, or recognize the vermin, there's not much l.e.o. can do I would image.

Mikes bike was in his garage, and chained to a heavy wooden chair. They pryed the garage door up enough to get a floor jack under it, then jacked the door up enough to slide under the door and pulled the release to open the door. They took chair and bike.

For years I've housed "attractive" stuff in the garage. I have taken "assorted" measures to make it a time-consuming burden for the scum.
The amount of time and the inconvenience to pull off a heist , the thief is likely to move on to easier prey.

Let us all know if you find out where the bike is located so we can help you take it back. I'm almost certain you will be too exhausted to load it up by yourself after dealing with the scum who did this. Thieves suck, and once identified they have a tendency to fall down a lot, as well as bounce off of their surroundings repeatedly. So I've been told.

So sorry Mike.. Know the feeling all too well... I would let DEA HPD guys know... When they took 2 locked together out of the bed of my truck, they took them straight to drug dealers to trade for crack.. On the ball drug cop saw crack dealer riding what he knew wouldn't be his....and I got them back! GL...
