What's up ladies & gentleman? I am excited to let everyone know things are getting better on my end. I am slowly but surely getting better on a health standpoint. As far as soars gol, I'm not exactly sure where I stand because the hospital does not have the same wound care supplies that my wound specialist has given me orders for.
I was really afraid at first that my baclofen pump was infected and that's what led me to the hospital last Tuesday, June 13. Since then a lot has turned upside down and I'm having to make some radical changes in just a few days which is outside my comfort zone. Mostly just living situation circumstances. Nothing to get into here
But my biggest thing is that this will all blow over relatively shortly which I'm extremely grateful for and not to mention all of the continuous thoughts and prayers that everyone gives. My support level is second to none and I'm extremely grateful to have it! Just know that when I was racing I always gave each and everyone of you 200% every lap that I rode in every race that was raced. I don't wake up and live a day in my life without doing the same in the world today.
Thank you for ALL THE SUPPORT! - James Marshall Cheers!
Glad to hear you are improving James, and can't imagine what you have to deal with on a daily basis. What you have been through is tougher than any competitor, or race you had to deal with in the past. I sometimes find my self being ungrateful for not being able to pass a rider, or win a race; but then stop and think that there are some that would be so happy just to finish last in a race, or just set on a bike.
Just know that when you were riding/racing, many, including myself, looked up to you and gave us a goal to reach for. Although most of us knew we would never reach your pinnacle, we all loved to watch you ride. We still look up to you in a different way now. The courage, faith, and strength you have to have in your daily challenges.
It's good to see you out and about at the local tracks hanging out or giving lessons.
There are no easy answers, but there are simple answers.
" I tried to donate something for you man. It said "unable to receive money" ? Got any other routes I can take to donate?"
I'm sorry you guys, the donation link at http://outlaw452.com/ is down (I wasn't aware of... I'm a big dumbie!).
But for the time being, my good, longtime friend Howard (bigmaico) will be accepting charitable donations from our community. Anything and everything adds up which you know, but I just want to remind each one of you of how much it truly appreciate the support! Thank you VERY VERY much for the ongoing support. Cheers!
Here's the information if you'd like to make a donation (ALL donations will be deposited as soon as received considering I'm still in hospital & not sure where I'm being transferring to at the moment):
Please make all checks or money orders made out to: James Marshall
