Be careful again.I see you just got burned on a used Ktm Imagine getting burned on a30year old bike.I have 82rm 250z that I bought from a trusted friend and I love it but these older bikes can be sketchy too.I got lucky on mine because he spent all the money on it before I bought it.

OSF....Tom Shackleford. One of the best guys you'll meet. I believe you were on his RM100 because you flew past me on one of the table's at Rio in that race. Plan on spending an average of $2k on a nice 100. Most I have seen already have quite a bit of work done to them.
Cannon's bikes are usually pretty well sorted out. The RM has new rims and spokes, 125 forks, works performance shocks, aluminum swingarm. new tires and handlebars.Even has a DG head which is very rare in itself. $$$.
I'd say it's worth a look at that price.
Another bike to consider is the '76 YZ100 that I restored and is now owned by Alvin. I built-in a couple of trick suspension modifications, one that eliminates the antiquated rear shock of '76, in favor of a later '77 -'79 unit. I took a lot of pictures during the assembly.
