Richard,

I need you guidance in working up my recovery, back is very week & I have no stamina.

I know that I need to rebuild my core, but I need to do it slowly after the surgery.

Can you please help me start a gradual recovery Please !

Thanks

Howard.

Re: Calling HasBeen Reply to this Post

Guess it depends on the case so Howard it might not be as bad as Wes painted it. You have meet Buddy Byrnes from Dallas, his wife gave hers to her son 2nd week of Dec and is back to work this week with what she sez is very little pain. So maybe you will be that lucky!

All of this is world class. I love to see good people coning together for a good cause.

Re: Calling HasBeen Reply to this Post

I guess I've got some explaining to do. It's not the surgery incisions that are my real problem, they aren't very painful at all.

It's my bad back that got torn up right be for I left for California.

The 6 hrs of laying on a steel table & being getting gutted like a deer did a real job on my back.

10Mg of Vicodin didn't even come closeshock

Just want to make sure that this never happened again!

Re: Calling HasBeen Reply to this Post

Here is my 2 cents...my wife does essential oils, Young Living to be more specific. I have a bad back because of work and racing and I use an oil called Valor. Depending what is wrong, I have a bad disc, it really has helped. For what it is worth.

I'd agree with you, but then we would both be wrong.
